Gear that is Cool
Personal fitness gear is all the rage. Whether you're into it or think it is gimmicky the complete pack Under Armour Health Box is worth a look. I'm a huge fan of data so I'm immediately interested. The box comes with a scale, Under Armour band, and heart rate monitor. These sync to your smartphone to provide such data as sleep duration, workout intensity, pulse, and steps taken, giving you a daily snapshot of your health. Price tag is a little hefty at $549.00 CAD but might be worth it for fully integrated data set.
