The Quiet American by Graham Greene (audio book)

The Conquest of Happiness by Burtrand Russell

The Burma Spring: Aung San Suu Kyi and the New Struggle for the Soul of a Nation by Rena Pederson

Article of the Week

You Need to Relearn How to Run - An interesting read on the importance of running fundamentals and technique.

"Triathlons don't build character, they reveal it" - fan sign from Calgary IRONMAN 70.3
