Gear that is Cool

Available soon, the Speedo Push Plate is another interesting tool in Speedo's growing arsenal of pool/gym crossover equipment. How does it work? Well, according to Speedo, the Push Plate utilizes surface area resistance, in place of gravitational weight, to achieve strength and power gains, taking the benefits of a medicine ball and kettle bell underwater. Strengthen, tone and build power across all muscle groups: Arms, Shoulders, Abs, Legs. Use it to incorporate some strength training into the pool ... or as what looks like an extremely challenging kick board.
