The SUUNTO SPARTAN ULTRA might actually be a solid competitor to the Garmin 920XT when it comes to multisport watches. With a reported 26 hour battery life, multi-sport mode, running, cycling and swimming tracking this one might be worth a test. The price tag is a bit steep, but it also looks super cool.

Stretch of the weak

Take are of those feet. This is one of my go to stretches. I do it at work, sitting on the couch, anywhere really.
